Jinshan Bay District is located in the east of Yantai City and belongs to the Yantai High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It has a total land area of about 49.6 square kilometers, 10 administrative villages, and a registered population of 12,800. The planned urban construction land area of the project is about 20.1 square kilometers, the planned total population is about 190,000 people, and the planned total construction area is about 18.8 million square meters. Infrastructure such as roads in the area has begun to take shape.
