On the morning of the 31st, the comprehensive launch ceremony of the Yantai Xingfu New City industrial project was held in Xingfu New City. The projects launched this time include 10 projects including the Citizen Cultural Square Project, the National Fitness Activity Center Project, the International Women’s and Children’s Hospital Project, and the Cloud Computing Headquarters Project, with a total investment of 56.2 billion yuan, covering a new generation of information technology, medical care and health, Modern commerce and other fields.
As one of the nine key areas built by Yantai City, Xingfu New City is the “top priority” for the current and future development of Zhifu District. Zhifu District closely follows the functional positioning of "the central vitality area and the new city center of Yantai", insists on the integration of relocation, planning, investment promotion, and construction work, and strives to ensure that the new city will be built into a new highlight and new benchmark for Yantai within 3-5 years.
At present, the Xingfu New City area has completed the contract rate of 98% of the main parties involved in the demolition and released more than 8,200 mu of land. 12 projects including Sansheng (Xinhuanet) Digital Economy Center, Fuyuan South Road, and Yantai No. 1 Middle School New Campus have started construction, covering an area of more than 1.2 million square meters and a cumulative investment of 5.2 billion yuan. It is estimated that 1,200 mu of land will be sold before the end of the year, with an area of more than 1.5 million square meters under construction, and a total investment of 8.6 billion yuan.
